Acceptable Use Policy

You may use B2BSiteKit only for lawful business websites, publishing, inquiry handling, website operations, and related configured purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and rights associated with content, contacts, products, claims, files, and instructions supplied through your account.
2. Prohibited activity
You may not use the service for fraud, deception, impersonation, unlawful goods or services, intellectual-property infringement, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, security testing without written permission, harmful code, abusive automation, or activity designed to evade payment, usage, access, or safety controls.
3. Email and personal data
You may not send unlawful or unsolicited messages, use purchased or improperly obtained contact lists, conceal sender identity, or process personal data without an appropriate legal basis and notice. Customers remain responsible for consent, suppression, retention, and sales-follow-up decisions for their own website inquiries.
4. AI-assisted features
AI assistance may support drafting, analysis, and structured publishing work, but output must be reviewed by an authorized person before use. You may not use AI features to create illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, privacy-invasive, or harmful content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, confidential credentials, or data you are not authorized to process.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate credible reports, restrict affected features, remove unlawful content where appropriate, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, third parties, or the service. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
6. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or infringement to [email protected] with the relevant URL, factual description, and evidence you are authorized to share.
