Billing & Cancellation

Last updated July 24, 2026

1. Billing cycle

Subscription plans are billed in advance in the currency and at the interval shown at checkout or in the accepted order. A monthly subscription renews each month until cancelled. Taxes and the final payable amount are displayed by the checkout provider where applicable.

2. Automatic renewal

By starting a recurring subscription, you authorize the Merchant of Record or payment provider to charge the payment method for each renewal until cancellation. We will not silently add optional implementation or custom-service fees; those require a separate accepted scope or purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel through an available customer-account control or by emailing [email protected] from the account email. Unless an order expressly states otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Plan changes

Upgrades, downgrades, additional capacity, and service-scope changes take effect only after the price and timing are shown or agreed. We will explain any prorated charge or future renewal price before the change is confirmed.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge. We may notify the account contact and temporarily restrict service after reasonable notice. Restoring a suspended service may depend on successful payment and the continued availability of required infrastructure.

6. End of service and data

At the end of the paid period, hosted service access may stop. Customer-provided content and data exports are handled according to the selected plan, Terms, and order. Continued operation of B2BSiteKit on customer-controlled infrastructure requires express private deployment rights.
