Refund Policy
Last updated July 24, 20261. General rule
B2BSiteKit subscriptions provide continuing access to software, hosting, maintenance, and the service capacity described on the selected plan. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for an unused portion of a billing period after cancellation. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location.
2. Refund exceptions
We will review refund requests for a verified duplicate charge, failure to provide the purchased subscription access or deployment, or a material technical fault that prevents use of the purchased service and that we cannot remedy within a reasonable period after receiving sufficient diagnostic information.
3. Human-delivered services
Setup fees, custom pages, private deployment, migration, design, integration, content production, translation coordination, training, and other professional or human-delivered services are non-refundable once purchased, capacity has been reserved, or work has begun. A proposal or order may define milestones and different written terms before purchase.
4. What is not normally refundable
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, lack of use, cancellation after a renewal has been processed, customer-controlled configuration or infrastructure problems, third-party service failure outside our control, failure to supply required materials or access, or dissatisfaction with search rankings, leads, traffic, revenue, or other outcomes that are not guaranteed.
5. Request process
Email [email protected] with the account email, order or invoice reference, charge date, and a concise explanation. Do not send full payment-card details. We may request evidence needed to confirm the transaction, delivery state, or fault.
6. Creem payments
When Creem processed the transaction as Merchant of Record, approved refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method where possible. Processing and bank posting times are controlled by the payment networks and financial institutions.
