Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 20261. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern access to B2BSiteKit software, managed website services, customer workspaces, and related support. B2BSiteKit is operated by an independent individual business operator based in Suzhou, China, serving customers primarily in English-speaking markets. The operator identified in the applicable checkout, order confirmation, or invoice is the contracting provider. By creating an account, accepting an order, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through accounts assigned to your organization. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, customer data, or other users.
3. Services and implementation
Your plan, subscription, included support, and any optional implementation scope are defined in the applicable proposal or order form. No implementation fee applies unless you choose professional services. Timelines for optional work depend on timely access to content, approvals, domains, integrations, and other materials controlled by you.
4. Subscription and payment
Recurring services are billed in advance and renew automatically for the stated billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, subject to the limited exceptions in our Refund Policy. Setup fees, custom pages, private deployment, migration, design, integration, production, training, and other human-delivered services are non-refundable once purchased or work is reserved or begun. Further details appear in Billing & Cancellation.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content and data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to deliver the service. You confirm that your content, products, claims, mailing practices, and use of personal data comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
6. Platform license and deployments
Standard subscriptions provide access to the hosted managed service while the subscription is active and do not include source code or transferable software binaries. Private deployment rights, binary delivery, infrastructure handover, and post-termination licenses apply only when expressly included in a separate private deployment agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to distribute malware, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual property, or publish unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. Reasonable technical limits may be applied to protect service stability.
8. Availability and changes
We use commercially reasonable measures to operate, secure, monitor, and back up managed deployments. Maintenance, provider incidents, internet conditions, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions. We may update the platform to improve security, compatibility, and functionality.
9. Cancellation and data
You may request cancellation through the customer account or support channel made available to you. Unless an order expressly states otherwise, cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. On termination, access to the managed service ends. Reasonable exports of customer-provided content and data may be supplied when included in the plan or agreed as paid transition work. Continued operation on customer-controlled infrastructure requires a private deployment agreement.
10. Warranties and liability
Except for express commitments in an order form, the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Payment provider and contact
Where Creem checkout is offered, Creem acts as Merchant of Record and processes the transaction, applicable indirect taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its buyer terms. B2BSiteKit remains responsible for product delivery and customer support. Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. Terms specific to your order take precedence where they conflict with this page.
